Toyah graduated from Midland High School and the Univ. of Texas/Permian Basin (BBA in Management). After her initial career in banking, she and her husband Andy (an independent Oil & Gas explorationist) started their family and Toyah stayed at home with their son and daughter through their younger years. During their school years she volunteered much of her time to many different committees including serving as Chairman of Project Graduation. Toyah also volunteered at the National Kidney Foundation for several years and was eventually hired to serve as the District Coordinator for West Texas (earning several national awards). Toyah’s interest and passion for real estate and home building resulted in her 2004 start of Dominion Exclusive Homes (new residential home construction, custom and spec). Ultimately these experiences, coupled with her enthusiastic work ethic and desire to serve others, have led Toyah to join The Sales Team. Toyah and Andy are very fortunate that both of their children have chosen to return to Midland after their college years with their spouses to raise their families in this exceptional, ‘family-priority’ community.
